This painting was inspired while on my recent vacation to Cancun, Mexico. My husband and I shared a casita with one of our sons. When I woke one morning I took this picture of my son thinking it might make a nice painting.
Dramatic and beautiful! I love the way the figure is in such harmony with the surrounding light and draping.
